Terms & Conditions

The terms of sale for Teskis, trading name of FLOFUM, S.L.: EUR prices with tax included, free delivery, cash on delivery, 30-day returns and Spanish law.

Last updated: 10 September 2026

These terms govern every order we take by email for the goods listed on teskis.com: who you are buying from, how a contract of sale forms, what you pay the driver, what we deliver, and what happens if you change your mind or something arrives wrong. Last updated 10 September 2026.

1. Who you are buying from

We sell gardening products only: pruning and cutting tools, watering and irrigation, lawn and grass care, soil and planting, and garden hand tools.

2. Scope

These terms apply to every sale we make to you as a consumer — a person acting outside a trade or profession, as defined in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the Spanish Consumers and Users Act. If you buy in the course of a business, the right of withdrawal in section 8 and the guarantee of conformity in section 9 do not apply to you; the rest does. By ordering you confirm you are at least 18 and able to enter a contract.

3. How an order becomes a contract

  • You email support@teskis.com with a list of what the job needs and the delivery address. There is no basket, no checkout and no account to register.
  • We reply, normally within one working day, confirming what is in stock and the exact figure the driver will collect. Nothing is payable at that point.
  • You accept that figure by email. That is your offer to buy, not yet a contract, and it commits you to nothing.
  • We email a dispatch confirmation when the goods leave us. The contract forms then, and covers only the items named in it.

If we cannot accept an order — out of stock, an address outside the area we ship to, or an obvious pricing error — we tell you by email before anything is dispatched. Nothing has been paid by then, so there is nothing to refund and you owe us nothing.

4. Prices, currency and tax

Prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include all applicable taxes. The price on the product page is the price you pay: no delivery charge, no handling fee, no order minimum. The price that applies is the one we confirm in our quote, and that is the figure the driver collects, even if we change the published price later. Where a price is obviously wrong, such as a misplaced decimal point, we are not obliged to sell at it: we contact you before dispatch and you may confirm at the correct price or cancel.

5. Delivery

Delivery is free on all orders. No minimum spend, no threshold. Orders are dispatched as quickly as we can, usually within one to two working days; dispatch times vary, and your dispatch email confirms when the parcel has actually left us. Risk passes to you when you, or someone you nominate, takes physical possession of the goods. If we have not delivered within 30 days of the contract forming, you may set a further reasonable period and, if that passes, cancel at no cost; you have paid nothing, so there is nothing to refund.

6. Payment

Payment is cash on delivery and there is no other method. The full total we quoted is payable to the carrier in euros at the door, once you have inspected the parcel and it matches what was agreed. Nothing is taken before that, and no payment details are needed to order. The contract still forms on dispatch confirmation. If an order is refused at the door, we cancel it and return the goods to stock, and you owe us nothing.

7. Availability, substitution and cancelling before dispatch

We stock one tested option for each job, so when something is out of stock there is rarely an equivalent to swap in. We will not substitute a different product, model or size without asking you first. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we email you and you choose: wait for the restock, accept an alternative we describe in writing, or drop that line from the order at no cost.

You may cancel at no cost any time before dispatch by emailing support@teskis.com with your order number. Because we aim to dispatch promptly on working days, a cancellation may reach us after the parcel has already left; if it does, we handle it as a return under section 8.

8. Right of withdrawal: 14 days by law, 30 days with us

Under Directive 2011/83/EU, transposed into Spanish law by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, you have 14 calendar days from the day you receive the goods to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. Teskis extends that voluntarily to 30 calendar days from delivery. The extension is contractual and sits on top of your statutory rights; it does not replace or reduce them.

Within those 30 days you may return an item used or unused, provided it can still be inspected. Email support@teskis.com before the period ends, using any clear statement or the model withdrawal form, and we will tell you where to send it. We refund the full amount you handed to the driver within 14 days of receiving the goods back or of proof that you sent them, whichever is earlier, by bank transfer to an account you give us. Where an item arrives faulty, damaged or wrong, Teskis pays the return postage. The step-by-step process is on our returns policy.

Statutory exceptions to withdrawal exist, such as goods made to your specification. We sell nothing of that kind, so the 30-day window covers our whole catalogue.

9. Guarantee of conformity

Goods must match their description, be fit for their normal purpose, and have the quality and durability you can reasonably expect. If they do not, Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, as amended by Royal Decree-Law 7/2021, gives you repair or replacement free of charge and without significant inconvenience, and, where that is impossible or not done within a reasonable time, a price reduction or termination of the contract. The guarantee runs for three years from delivery; for the first two years a lack of conformity that appears is presumed to have existed at delivery, so you need not prove it. Normal wear — a blade dulling over seasons of pruning — is not a lack of conformity. These rights are additional to the 30-day window in section 8.

10. Our liability

We are liable for loss you suffer as a foreseeable result of our breaking this contract or failing to use reasonable care, but not for unforeseeable loss, or loss caused by using a tool contrary to its instructions or safety warnings. Garden tools are sharp, powered, or both: follow the instructions supplied, use the protective equipment they specify, and keep cutting tools away from children.

Nothing here excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, for defective products under Book III of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, and for your statutory rights as a consumer. Where you buy as a business, we are not liable for lost profit, lost revenue or business interruption.

11. Personal data

We process the personal data you give us to quote for your order, deliver it, and handle support and returns. Lawful bases, retention periods and your rights under the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and the Spanish LOPDGDD are set out in our privacy policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in the law or in how we operate. The dated version published here when you order governs that order; a later change does not alter a contract already formed.

13. Complaints, governing law and dispute resolution

If something has gone wrong, email support@teskis.com with your order number; we answer during support hours, Monday to Saturday, 9–6 CET. These terms, and any contract formed under them, are governed by Spanish law. Nothing here removes the protection of mandatory consumer rules in your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your own domicile.

The European Commission operates an Online Dispute Resolution platform for disputes arising from online purchases, at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. Our email address for that purpose is support@teskis.com. We have not committed to any particular alternative dispute resolution body, and we answer every complaint sent to us directly.
