This Legal Notice (Aviso Legal) sets out the identifying information that a provider of information society services is required to make available under Article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE). Purpose of this website
Teskis is an online shop that sells gardening products: pruning and cutting tools, watering and irrigation equipment, lawn and grass care, soil and planting supplies, and garden hand tools. The website exists to describe those products, to allow visitors to place orders for them, and to publish the commercial, legal and support information that accompanies a sale.
Product descriptions, specifications and measurements are published in good faith and kept current. They create no warranty beyond the rights set out in the Terms and Conditions and those granted by consumer law.
Acceptance and conditions of use
Accessing this website makes you a user of it, and implies acceptance of this Legal Notice in the form published at the time of access. Users undertake to use the site and its content lawfully, in good faith, and in accordance with public order.

Commercial terms published on this site
The terms of sale are set out in full in the Terms and Conditions and the Returns Policy. In summary, and stated consistently across the site:
- Delivery is free on all orders. There is no minimum spend and no threshold.
- Orders are dispatched as quickly as we can, usually within one to two working days.
- Returns are accepted for 30 days, used or unused, provided the item can be inspected.
- If an item arrives faulty, damaged or wrong, Teskis pays the return postage.
- Cash on delivery is available.

Personal data collected through this website is processed by FLOFUM, S.L. as data controller, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD). Customers buying from Teskis hold the statutory rights granted by EU and Spanish consumer law, including the fourteen-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU. Teskis voluntarily extends that period to thirty days on the terms described in the Returns Policy.
Complaints should be sent first to support@teskis.com so that the matter can be resolved directly. Consumers resident in the European Union may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, which provides an out-of-court route for disputes arising from an online purchase.

Applicable law and jurisdiction
This Legal Notice, and any use of this website, is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from access to or use of the site shall be submitted to the courts and tribunals of Barcelona, Spain, unless a mandatory rule of law designates a different forum. Where the user is a consumer, this clause does not deprive them of the protection of the courts of their own place of residence, or of the mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which they are habitually resident.
